Achtung,
I understand you tried to depict a close combat scene. If so, you should notplace a 80 mm mortatr like this, as this will be targeted first. These weapons would normally be located more to the back or at least dug in and out of sight!

Looks good to me! The eye travels nicely right into it. The actions of the figures look very natural.

Also a note on the Jeep. It looks like the remains of a M151, which is a Vietnam to late 1980s era vehicle. Not appropriate for WWII Germany. I agree on the zimmerit as well, it is on a little too thick.

I really like the way the building looks behind the Tiger. Reminds me of an old church made of those huge stone blocks and the rounded corner.

achtung- I like the diorama. You did some nice work. The biggest problem I see with the Tiger and the zimmerit, is an error you made. Zimmerit was only placed on the vertical parts of the tank, not on the flat or horizontal parts. Its purpose was to prevent the enemy from attaching magnetic mines to the sides of the tank. I think that's why it looks like "clay", there is too much covering all the surfaces. I hope this helps!

I love the 2nd picture, the way you used the real buildings in the background, great idea.
as for the zimmerit, practice makes perfect, my first try at zimmerit was no better.
