Here's my entry for the Overlord campaign. It's still in process. It's Dragon's 1/16 "Screaming Eagle". I'm converting the pose from this...

To a ready firing position. This required some major shoulder surgery and repositioning of both arms and hands. I'd like to hear what you think so far and any suggestions for improvement. This is my first real conversion project.

I think the right arm looks a little to curved or rounded. I think I need to extend the elbow to make it a bit more angled, not so round.

Looking good. I think you have answered your own question. The elbo would be protruding more at the bend. Also, from the elbow the arm still seems to be curving. Maybe some of the inner could be filed/shaped a bit so the gun recesses into the uniform ... this might help make it look straighter.
I dont know what it will look like when the head is attached, but the rifle looks a bit low for him to be aiming ..... or else there will be a lot of work fixing his neck! I would suggest getting a new head to make this a truely individual figure. Nice work! just my two euro cents worth!
