Yeah, that sprocket is badly worn and probably past due for replacement, by maintenance manual standards.

One of my manuals (maybe the Centurion manual) has dimensional limits on the worn shape and this looks (proportionately) worse than the "replace this" shape in the other manual.

Later US sprocket rings would have a little curved indent to tell you to replace before it got like that. The teeth can snap worn like that.
