I got this feature working. However there is a minor caveat. For those that have their post number per page value higher than the default (10), the pagination won't be quite right for you (as it will be based on the 10 number.
Note: Editors will be unaffected by this as they have live access to this page.
Cheers,
Jim

Way cool Jim! How about the "Opt Out" for the non-English sites? (Just getting a little greedy!)

That's pretty cool. I think, although I'm one of those who's had his default number changed to 50, so the number of pages has not been too much of a hassle.
Good show Jim. I'm with Rob's request which would sift out the non-essential forums - read: unreadable because of unknown language.

That issue will be resolved when I modify the forums to full multi-lingual status. If you are on English you will only see English (unless you have designated that you want others included).

GOM, if you use the "Latest Posts" link, located in the upper left hand side of your screen, the "latest posts" will be displayed on the resulting page. Those posts, otherwise known as "threads" will now have their page numbers diplayed underneath.

If you go to the top of the page "my account" or to the bottom of the page "change profile" you can set how many posts you want to see per page. The default is 10 posts per page, I have mine set to 30. I figure if there are more than 30 replies, the topic has probably wandered considerably. The exception to this is when I am part of a campaign or build, then you usually have follow the entire thread.have no idea what pagination is, or even how to change the numbers

Danny...I noted that also. It should be a translation in the modules//PostBoard directory of files so I am not sure why it's not coming up correctly on the Latest Posts page. Put it in Global.php if you want.
