Hey,
Just noted your address and name. You on the base?
I'm with the flyboys on the garrison. Still following this with great interest. Can't wait to start it once I clear about 5 other models off the desk...
Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks guys. Dave, no, not on the base except when I was flogging the car around the runways on track days. Do you come out to the IPMS meetings at McNally?

OK, life got in the way for a while but I managed to finish it off. Decals went on very nice, no silvering at all, but it is getting hard to see the tiny ones in white on light blue backing paper. Muddied it up nice and good, but other than that, only some pin washes and light oil weathering.

Collin, that sure did turn out very nice. The T-90 is a sinister looking beast and you've done a great job conveying that nature. Thanks for the great build to follow as well.

Thanks for the kind words gents, Ivanhoe I am glad you and others found my blog helpful, it is a beautiful kit that has only a few minor issues to watch out for.

Currently building the Trumpeter cast turret T-90, and just reviewing your photos, the MENG kit appears to have more details correct on the turret, such as the cables to the Shtora emitters and Tucha grenade launchers.. They're entirely absent on the Trumpeter kit.
Also MENG replicated the very fine grid-texture of the "nadboy" covering quite nicely. These are smooth on the Trumpy kit.
Trumpeter also has the wrong exhaust, tracks, drive sprockets and rear deck detail for an early tank.
