I´m looking for some coloured pictures of atlantik wall bunkers.
I´ve got some difficulties painting my bunkers - they still look brand new...!!
The base colour i used was dark grey - is that fine ?
The biggest problem is to mix that colour that gives them that "sandy" look from the weathering. Do you have any advice to get me back on tha track again ??
( i´m a drybrusher type....)
Respect to you all !!

We have a load of bunkers around where i live (Silkeborg) and thay were all painted after construction. You can still see the original pant in the openings/doors and the typeclassification i white paint also in the entranceopenings.
The paint seems to be the standard "dunkelgelb" with brown and/or green camouflage.
So if you are doing a wartime dio, í´ll suggest you paint the bunker yellow and brown and do an weatering according to the age of the bunker and the enviroment (coast/inland).

Graywolf,
This seems to me the bunker in which Maj. Pluskat was located when he reported the invasion: "Achtung, die Invasion ist da: 5.000 Schiffen"!
Nice picture of it!
