Hello, I just discovered a few paint dots (acrylic)on my clear windows when removing the masks.
Have you got a trick to remove the paint w/o damaging the clear part ?

Alcohol should work unless the paint is cured. When I had enamel overspray on clear parts I used metal polish and car wax to get if off with out damaging the clear.

Try sharpening a wooden cocktail stick to produce a chisel point and using this to "chisel" the paint away. It will not normally scratch the plastic - try it on a piece of scrap first if you are unsure. Many alcohols WILL damage clear plastic.

No. Alcohol doesnt work when paint is cured/hardened.
BUT looks like alcohol "softens" somewhat the paint, and then with a wooden toothpick, I "chisel" the paint away, and it seems to work w minimum damage to the window.
Thanx

Simply scratch it of with your fingernail, and possibly, polish afterwards with tamiya polishing putty.

I understand that Fairy Power Spray works with Gunze aqueous. Spray on, wait few seconds, scrub with old toothbrush & kitchen roll, rinse with water.
As always, test first!

If it's acrylics, put some windex on a pointed Qtip and carefully touch the dots, they should come off easily. Did you dip the windows in future?
