This is Trumpeter's M1A2 completed for the Abrams Build Campaign. It has been named for fellow Abram's campaigners Bro Abrams, Turret Toad, and Lord's Nelson and "Lens" aka Dave Tong.

Additions to the basic Trump kit are a Model Point 120mm tube, Eduard pe, and Legend's resin accessories. I did not correct the turret face. The paint scheme has been toned down based on earlier comments from fellow modeler's.

Brother Abram's --> this "proves" I completed the campaign :-) (thanks to your encouragement).

Steve

The spots are from the rain/snow mix falling during the pic session --escape to Wisconsin hehe

Steve-

The stowage is absolutely superior! I love the loaded down look of your vehicle! Again, I must compliment you on the paint job..... stunning!

I know this kit gave you fits... but you stuck with it - and produced an absolutely fabulous model. Thumbs up from me :-)

Later-
Jeff

PS - I am honored to have my initials on such a fine piece of work :-)

Lord OD Dude,
Another excellent M1 for the campaign, I am glad you stuck with the kit because what came out is awesome, the stowage as Jeff said gives it a well used look.

Lord WWH, great work! Glad to see you stuck this one out. As the others said, the stowage looks good. Hope your next model doesn't give you as hard of a time as this one did. Thanks for adding me on your tank with the others. Congrats on finishing this one!

Lord WWH,

Again, your superb painting and weathering skill is evident in this build. Your solid building is instrumental in putting this kit together. And thank you for "immortalized" me, JR, Toady, and Bro.

Great work!

Gee, another finished build & I'm not even half way through mine yet. Anyway, a fantastic build there Steve. I really like the weathering that you gave your M1A2. Cheers.

SteveWWH,

Finally, I can see you finish the M1A2! You have done a superb job on detailing and weathering the kit. I really like the loading on the tank especially the wooden crates.
could you tell me how did you paint the wooden crates? What colors did you use and how you weathered them?
