Both models have been finished. Thus, two models of the vehicle ZIL-135 emerged, it will be built another model on this basis, four models are planned. The kit can be build very well, thus the fast construction of the two models. Here are photos of the two models.

After the second model ZIL-135, based on this model kit, a third model is in progress. It is a buoyant means of transmission over water, which was already in use in the former GDR at the time of the Cold War. This vehicle was called PMM. Here are two pictures of the original vehicle. Unfortunately, these pictures are not in good condition.

First of all, thanks to all model makers for their interest in this model, it is a very rare vehicle, which hardly anyone knows. However, the introduction into the GSSD troop units already began at the end of the 1970s, but was rarely seen in public.
Construction on the model continued with the replica of the drive train and the engine was installed. Unfortunately, you will not see anything after completing the construction, but will build different hatches to open, to get a look inside. Today some photos of my last activities.

Greetings LKWMAN

The construction of the Wolna continued with the replica of the drive train. The engine and gearboxes with cardan shafts and tanks were installed and treated with paint. Here are pictures of my work.

Construction on the Wolna continued, and the first pontoon with its laying mechanism is currently under construction. It is a very complicated construction and not easy to model for the modellbau. Here are more pictures of the model.

Today again new photos of the model of the Wolna. The construction continues with the replica of the pontoons. Since the pontoons in the model are to be displayed hinged, m the replica is very complicated.

Hi Joch,

This is some great work - it is certainly an interesting, complicated build. The size is impressive, and the fact that you are building the pontoons to be viewed in the travel or use mode even more.

Looking forward to your next update -

Cheers
Nick

The construction on the Wolna continued, I am going to build the pontoons with the ramps. Everything will be flexible, but it is very complicated to make that possible. It will not be like the original one. Here are the photos of the model.

The construction of the model continued, the second pontoon was built and started building the deck of the base vehicle. Hope the build time will not be too long for me to handle this model. But it's still a long way to go. Here again pictures of the construction progress.

Hello dutik, yes I visit exhibitions in Germany, usually at PMC Riesa and PMC Dresden. Most of the time I have exotics at the exhibitions that can not be bought as a kit. The next exhibition would have been planned by the PMC Dresden in April this year, wanted to introduce the Wolna there, but will not make it due to time constraints. the last exotic was the bridge-laying device MTU-12 based on T-54 miniart. Here are some photos for a change, will introduce this building later here.

Great bridging tank!

Do you consider to take part at IPMS Germany at Berlin/Gatow September 7th/8th this year? This is right at the Militaerhistorisches Museum Flugplatz Gatow, the home of the German Air Force museum. Together with Veterans day, Airport party, a lot of action during these two days always. They have 100+ aircraft on display as well as a couple of vehicles and launchers like the SA-5, Hawk, SA-3, radars (even a Würzburg-Riese") and tons of stuff.

Linky to lat years meeting (photo galleries linked below text). http://ipmsdeutschland.de/Ausstellungen/Gatow2018/Gatow2018.html

Wenn Du teilnehmen willst - ich bin da jedes Jahr als Aussteller mit meinem Verein; ich würde Dich bei mir mit anmelden, wenn Du nicht allein an einen Stand willst.

Regards
