It's easy take mr hobby surfacer 500 and old brush with hard bristles. And tap on surface. ONLY TAP AND TAP, if you need much casting texture take tamiya putty and make smash and aply on surface and grid it.

Nice color modulation. Are you going to finish your JS as a hypothetical service vehicle (because you‘ve inflicted some battle damage on it)?
