Rick has done an excellent job on this, with the dust reminding me of times when I could taste it in my mouth after a long road march. It looks just like that too on real tanks in dusty dry climates. I do have one question-- what's up with the green-green TCs headgear?-- Its not OD, looks like the TC gave it a coat of paint in the shade of faded Kelly Green!

The grubby/dusty look is top notch, and the tank & base match perfectly! Seems like I'll have to get one of these new Stuarts and toss the ancient ones.

Wish I had a good answer for your question about the headgear. Best I can come up with is it was supposed to be the base-coat only! I'll need to do some work on it for sure.
Thanks for pointing that out!!
Cheers,
Rick
