Thank You.
The next step is done - the PE work.

Now I gonna primer the model and wait for at least 48 hours.

Wow that is fine work on the PE martin. The drop of glue must be bigger than the parts...

Noticed there is no ribbon for the comp. Throwing out some ideas:

Hard to get dark colours look like something you can actually comprehend what it is. I like the AAVP as it is clearly recognisable, but the M113 APC/AFV kind of denotes the build.

what do you guys think? Any other ideas or suggestions?

Mr. K: nice choice. I look forward to seeing how that one goes.

Martin: great work. Looks good.

I vote for the M113 as well. Such an iconic vehicle.

Happy Modeling,
Zon

Well i'm a late comer to this party due to the fact that i have been working on other builds but i can now commit to this one properly.

Martin: that finished out really nicely! Congratulations.

David: Nice Start. Does the kit come with all the stowage shown on the box art?

Some progress on my end. I've really struggled with the PE. Some tiny bits with multiple folds that made the subsequent folds more difficult. The grill at the engine (vehicle front right) should be on top, but I made such a mess of folding the really thin, but long, lip that I just couldn't put it up there! If I do too much more PE, I will need to invest in a proper tool.

The end of December seems to be coming on awfully fast.

Happy Modeling,
Zon

it comes with most of it and I have a spare set from the last version I built of this kit but it does not have the interior or engine parts that you get in the old acav version that tamiya released back in the 90's.

Hi all!

Would it be too late to join this campaign? I have a M2 bradley in my stash. End of december is getting close, but I have an idea for a rather quick build&finish

Hi guys,

here is my entry for this campaign :

I wanted to do a quick in-between project, and when I saw this picture I thought it would be great to use as an inspiration. Apparantly 'free fall' means the ramp is loose. So this Bradley is on it's way for repair and/or refurbishment. (I couldn't find the link for the source anymore, it's an old Reddit-post, someone who took a quick picture on the highway somewhere in the US).

It turned out a clean out-of-the-box build would have been waaaaay faster Lots of work, cutting away stuff, adding other stuff...

I took a lot of creative freedom, because I've only got this one reference picture, and it's a more recent M2 model than mine, which is the very first M2-model I think. Also, I don't have the tools to do some serious scratchbuilding/conversions. So if there are people out there who know the Bradly very well, and you think 'mmm; that doesn't look correct to me', you're probably right

Here is what I've got so far - yesterday I added quite some bolts, didn't take a picture of that yet :

I'm having fun building this one, although it's frustrating at times. But primer-time is approaching

HOW in the name of... do I do this without those watermarks... I used photobucket extensively in the past, never had any trouble with it...
