The Land Rover looks good. Good weathering and finish. The figures just don't make sense though. The "soldier" is a Vietnam-era figure. The girl w/WWII tanker helmet (and not much else) just doesn't fit and makes me ask, "Why??" To each their own though.

You are 100% right, just know that the figures are not the main build in here and not glued to the land rover either.
I was an exhibitor at a motor show, selling forklifts, i had the idea of bringing girls, 1 average and 2 good looking ones, yes, girls in bikini in a motor show, to sell forklifts, doesnt make sense, but, my stand was one of the top 3 most visited stand in the show...things that doesnt make sense to most, attracts the majority. Thats how it is.
Thank you for your honest feedback, appreciated.
PS: still have a long way ahead to start making "well painted" figures.

The model (vehicle) is great. Just be careful what you post here. While topless woman can be found all over the web, this area should be kept "clean". Kids do come to this site.

Love the Land Rover lot of work gone into this ..as mentioned the figures don’t work for me .couple of British figures would set it off nicely..
But well done on the build .

great work on the WMIK, my only thing I noticed was the upward curve of the .50 cal machine gun ammo belt.
