It looks like it is coming along nicely. The Takom kit is really nice. I used the hull from the CM-11 kit (same as your M60A1 hull) on my ongoing M60 AVLB build.

Thanks. Love the Takom kit. Hope they’ll do other versions. Been following the AVLB build too. The Dragon AVLB kit is hard to find, I’d like to tackle the conversion you’re doing some day.

Nice job! But you're going to need to rethink your timing just a bit, as a an early 70s era M60A1 rise REFORGER tank likely would not have the small searchlight or those smoke dischargeres-- they are typical of later M60A1s.

Typical tank for around 1977-9. I have contemporary magazines with pictures as well as my brother's personal experience.

That’s easy then. I’ll poke through my growing Reforger library and find something more suitable from a later time frame.
