Hello guys,
This is my finished Andrea Miniatures 1/16th scale figure, from their EK Series digital Sculpts.
Amazing results but extremely complex build. Layers and layers of painting, and lot's of accessories and a Few Fixes needed.

Review and articles soon at the Michigan Toy Soldier Blog and the Scale Military Modeller International Magazine.
Painted with Andrea Miniatures Acrylics for the uniform.
Used Abteilung 502 Oils Paints on top of Acrylic for the skin tones.

Vegetation are from The Scenic Factory and Wood base by Hydra Models Italy.
Comments are welcome

This "EK" series from Andrea Miniatures uses a 3D Scanning machine (similar to an advanced camera) to scan real persons or photographs (wartime) and inserted into software for 3D design and printing. Then it's treated, detailed, corrected and sent to 3D resin printers, and that's what we get.

Most subjects are scans of real war photos.
