Last construction Pic.
There's a ring that holds the clear parts for the Cupola. Make shure the parts are dry then just snap and glue in place. There's a small cut out in the ring, it should line up with a spot in the upper part.

Just some Thoughts.
1 I used some after market parts to enhance the kit, you don't really need them as this is a really nice kit.
2 This kit looks a lot like the Tasca kit it's easy to see their influence in it.
3 The way the parts are laid out it's easy to see a lot of different shermans coming.
4 The most difficult , and rewarding part of the build was the Track Runs.
5 If you do them the way I showed you shouldn't have a lot of problems with them.
6 The hardest part with them is the clean up on all the tiny parts.
7 Finally i just wish this would have been a 16Th. Kit with an Interior.
8 It's hard to get my Sausage like fingers to hold the small parts.
Regards.
Donald

Very nice. Thank you.
I can just see an instructor standing in front of the tank addressing his trainees.
"This is the M4A3 76mm HVSS medium tank. It is the tank I will be training you how to use. This vehicle does not care who it kills. Do something stupid and it will kill you. Am I clear?"

Hello, Don and Everyone else!
For me, the biggest selling point of this new RFM -E8 kit is the inclusion of "Indy-Links". This alone will sway me to buy the RFM kit over the TASCA/ASUKA offering. It's not like I would want to finish this thing in one night of glue-sniffing, anyway...
PS- Thanks for the photo-link; it worked just fine, for me...

Getting ready to build one very good info. I would like to replace the barrel. Do you have any info for a aftermarket one that would fit. Thanks

The RB Models one is really nice and not too expensive.
I have a few of then.
Donald
Ps. DEF Models has 1 too, just you don't get the Muzzle Brake with it.
The Kit Gun isn't too bad, it even has the 4 little bumps on the front of the Brake.

Why has no one mentioned the cotton tow cable supplied in this kit?, or did i receive a 'pirate' version from Lucky model after waiting two months on pre order.

Hey I forgot about that. The Tow Cable ends are solid so if you want to add a wire like I did above you will have to drill them out or find an after market Cable the right size.
Good Luck on that.

Above are the Pics from the build without interior.
It should be the same ?
Regards.

I'm sorry, but my build is finished.
I just posted the link to the location where all the exterior build photos are.
This kit was the earlier one without the interior parts.
I hope these pictures help with the exterior construction of either the older, or newer with interior.
Regards.
Donald
