And that’s how it’s done – brilliantly! Probable silly question – chinstraps?

I was so worried about loosing the faces' expressions that I didn't add the straps.

I take pride in always trying to answer any query posted here so please forgive me for the extreme tardiness in this answer Tim.
I didn't forget the chinstraps but decided they would detract from the expressions on these 2 guys, which is what I wanted to show in my story. Yeah, kinda Hollywood, but, sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do??

No worries Jerry you had already replied with your customary promptness on 8/24 as far as I was concerned, albeit with that subtle ambiguity which made me smile. I was pretty sure it was a dumb question (because you never just forget anything when it comes to this stuff ) and so I was ready to be educated about how their chinstraps were tucked inside when not done up, or detached in order to make tourniquets, or fell off due to being made of poor quality late-war leather, or eaten after the chow trucks got blitzed by marauding Typhoons, so thanks for the clarification I never considered the Hollywood option! They’re such great figures, will they reappear in a future scene?

Yep,sometimes there is just simple answer! LoL
These guys may reappear. No plans for that right now though. Maybe the sleeper will show up on a middle European tram someday? Who knows?

So simple in appearance yet we know it doesn't work like that!
I'll never grow tired of your contributions here.
