Hi Tazz, I like your M8, specially the stowage on the front. Was that scratchbuild or AM?
I saw a little line on the aiming scope, but that's nitpicking .
Keep us informed on the progress,

Greetz, John.

I wanted an M8 HMC but my LHS only had the M5A1. I recognize a lot of the same parts. The M5 is nice but I still want the M8

Your interior turret can be green or a shade lighter or darker than the exterior. The lower portion of the hull can remain factory white.

Yes, the inside of the hull should be white, in the exception of the floor. The white makes a mighty nice target for that stuka or 190 flying overhead!

Nice looking model tazz! BUT I would paint the helmets, and other stowage items that are OD a different shade of OD.

210cav is right here. Inside the hull is white but inside the turret is green. Go shades lighter so all the detail can be easily seen. This is the same for the hellcat.
Some pics of the interior of my hellcat....

Is there a hull interior in the M8 kit? Ive just recieved the osprey book "modelling the M3 and M5 stuarts", and there is also a build of the M8 in it. Another purchase on the books!

The M10 and Achilles are green inside the turret but white in the fighting compartment, dirver's cab and engine compartment.. I saw a pic once where the crew had laid down tarps on the floor. I don't know if that was to hide the white floor from overhead view or for some other reason.
