Appears to be a well done model:

The rear end photo is credited to Sante Candia

The rest of these photos were taken by the fellow who owns this vehicle, whom I met online. Sorry but if I can I will pull up his name from my files.

Looks like it could be as good as the Opel Blitz Fire Truck for the 1/35 Italeri and Heller kits by Calibre 35 resin kit (No. 35020). Makes me think I need to break that bad boy out and get me a conversion started.

I think there's lots of good freelance equipment in that kit.

maybe a right-of-way fire fighting flatcar for the 1:35 narrow gauge railroad (completely biased opinion) for example.

I completely agree jsmith

Just add some 2-way plumbing and valves so you could use that pump and those large feeder hoses as a syphon to refill the tank at a stream crossing.

Combining this conversion with Tamiya kit you'll arrive with beautiful imaginary TLF 15 on 4x2 chassis.

Very correct. Or you can go with the 4x4 chassis/cab offered by Plus Models.

Also it is very possible to build your own 4x4 conversion.

Beautifully done and it makes me wish that it was available in 1/35 and I'd adapt it to work with my Dragon Opel Blitz kit that was pining for a real use.

You're right master for Caliber35 I also did and I think this conversion is just as good and maybe even better.
