I've seen several people use grass torn from a sheet for their groundwork, but have been unable to find some. Who makes it and where can I buy it? Thanks!

my son broke the front screen cover protective glass of his cell phone.... it is really a very useful and cheap medium to simulate broken glass! you can cut it to shape by using a cutter or even scissors.
hope this helps!

You could try appropriately colored faux fur for tall (almost 1") really dense grass - although you didn't specify what scale you're working in.
