The figures are -as always- very nice but the pose of the crewman in the background is simply not like the photo and looks rather forced & weird to me. I'd use him elsewhere where he'd appear less "weird".

The officer in the photo is Fritz Witt, but the model figure looks more like Wilhelm Mohnke...
"Lord Raglan wishes the cavalry to advance rapidly to the front, follow the enemy, and try to prevent the enemy carrying away the guns. Troops of Horse Artillery may accompany. French cavalry is on your left. Immediate. Airey."

His cheeks look a little "flabby" for Mohnke who was a pretty thin-faced soldier in the pics I've seen. Ditto on Fritz Witt I'd think. Either way, useful figures with some mods.

I cant help but the soldier holding the map, what you think about his neck ? Doesnt look very natural to me. People are different but i think its just too straight and long.

I have to agree the sculpting of the figure with the map does look strange. the side head view shows a really odd neck to head relationship and his arm positions in relationship to his shoulder position look wrong. Like they've stuck the arms from a different figure onto the torso of this one.
