I don't suppose anyone is interested in seeing a 1/16th M5A1 Late Stuart being built ?
It has indi Track Photo Etch, Most of a turret interior.

Oh well I guess I'll just have to put it back on the shelf.

Donald,

I am definitely interested in seeing a 1/16th M5A1 Late Stuart being built! I love Stuarts, esp. sloped armor types.

Never heard of this company. Looking forward to this.

I am really interested because I have it and want to built as a tank of the Italian Army in the 50S.
Not yet started but I made the rubber T16 track pads with a 3D printer because IA tanks never had the all metal T36.

I’d be interested too, please get on with it ASAP! Wish we’d get some more 1/16 figures and a 1/4 ton to go with it.

I started it last night, I'm working on the wheels.
There are small rivets that go on the wheel edge the ones in the kit don't look right, and I'm experimenting with alternates.
This is a really nice kit so-far (turret interior)

I have the Wheels finished, that is the rivets on the outside rims.
These are the rivets , they are located on the Sprue with the Wheels.

Here is how you want it to look.

Here's how I did it.
Trim off one at a time.

This is where they go, 6 to each wheel.

If you get them too long you can shorten them some.

A close up.

Finished for now.

They don't give you any help in making them a consistent size, do they?

As usual Donald, I'll be watching closely. I find your builds much more informative than a normal kit review, and I'm interested in this specific kit as well.

Now I.m starting the bogies, here are the parts you will need.

Note that L15 is longer than L16 it also goes inthe larger hole in L9

There are sink marks in L9 that need to be filled, they will show.

Dry assemble L13 & L14 insert two parts #P11 and glue where shown for now.

Now to continue.

Bottom View.

I drilled out the centers of the outside of the axles to be able to apply liquid glue to them.

Installed the wheels.

Installed the front part L13 and glued where needed.

Here's one way of doing it.

The parts P4 & P5 are usable either in or out, just be shure to have the long end to the L13 -L14 arms.

You could also do them individually . Remember P4 & P5 can be used in either position.
