Does anyone know of any color pics of the interiors of either a WWII USMC LVT(A)1 (37mm gun "amtank') or the 75mm LVT(A)4 version?

Hi Steve

The LVTA1 and the LVTA4 and others of WW2 where white interior and anything exposed to aircrafts was the same colour as the exterior.

Cheers,

Ralph

Ralph,et al,

Let me rephrase my original question" "Does anyone have any photos or diagrams showing the interior layout of a WWII LVT(A)1 (37mm) or LVT(A)4 (75mm)?"

I'm particularly interested in the space between the driver's compartment, which was separated by a bulkhead from the remainder of the vehicle, and the turret and turret basket for either the 37mm or 75mm gun versions of the LVTs.

I know what color the interior of these vehicles were but want to find more info on their interior layout.

Thanks!

Hi Steve

I have some pictures of the interior layout of both vehicles.

Send me a private message with your email and I will go through my files and email them to you.

I like LVT's see my web page. If photobucket works.
