Hi,
Here are some pictures of my Mk II before painting.
The only things that I still have to do is attaching the wingnuts, and there are some parts not glued to the model this will be done after painting.

This looks great to me. I'm not familiar with this unit. I take it that is a dummy gun? What kit and conversion kit did you use on this?

Looking really nice. Although if it was (and I'm not too sure on this) if it was a dummy gun , wouldn't it have been solid?...Just a thought.... And to echoe Rodger's questions, where did the conversion set come from? What was the donor kit? What were you doing on the night of the 25th etc., etc, etc..... Cheers, Jim

Looks like a session of SCC15 paint coming up very soon....Construction looks as good as usual...You are a brave man using the kit tracks...I hate Dragon tracks!! but you have done a great job getting them on straight...Why use the tamiya 3 piece transmission cover?? Is it better?.....I saw one of the Resicast conversions at the hobby shop ..you are starting to tempt me to go out and buy it...What paint will you be using? colors?

Thnx guys for th ekind words.
Some answers on youre questions.
The conversie sets are from Resicast, good castings the PE is not so good same for the instructions.
The gun is a dummy gun and I have seen pictures that they are hollow but also pictures with solid dummy guns.
On the 25 Jim I was in a bar taking a few beers
Rick why I have used the Tamiya transmission, you doint want to know that :-)
ok I made a mistake with the Dragon tranmission #:-)

As usual, you scratchwork and modeling techniques are very solid. Both these unusual vehicles look very very well constructed. I love these mixed media builds. Are those indi links? -- if so very nicely done.
Just curious about the paint schemes for these --- olive drab? or something else? Keep us posted on these Ron---very very nice.
