Hi guys,
Here is my Italeri LVT-4 finished. I will be putting it in a dio with a jeep in western Europe sometime in 1945. I may add some heavier weathering once i have the dio finalised

LVTs are so cool. If I weren't thinning my stash I would buy one. Making my best attempt to maintain the discipline

Looks cavernous from the rear end Andy. Basic paint job and the weathering look good -- it looks used. Neat to see this bristling with the 30 and 50 cal's. With the addition of the jeep you've mentioned, and some figs, this should make a nifty little dio.

Nice looking Amtrac Kiwi ! Overall finish and weathering look awesome. You may want to try a little drybrushing with steel, to get a worn metal look, esp in the cargo area and the ramp.
Keep us posted on your diorama !!
Cheers !!

Dustoff, The reason i am not doing a pacific dio is because i am have some nice figures that i think go well with it from the ETO.
Alpen, I have done that but it dosen't show up well in the photos I will to some more, Do you suggest I use a graphite pencil or some dry brushed silver or gunmetal paint?

Graphite pencil may be a good solution Kiwi. That way if you think you over do it, you can fix a goof alot easier.
Personally, I like to use MM Steel, or the MM Flat Auminum. MM Chrome Silver is a bit too brite for my liking. Also, I prefer MM enamel paints over acrylics for dry-brushing.
Try the graphite, that's an execellent idea.
Cheers !!

I agree about the silver i find them to bright. i have to use Humbrol or tamiya here in NZ MM is very hard to find.
