Added the base and final figures.
Base could use some more things to remove dead space.
Pics might be a little too sunny.

And now some old photos in battle

Nice overall effect, and it's done... unlike mine. I got bogged w the Eduard set and have not finished.
I'd suggest adding a drop of gloss or future to the sight in the first pic.
I like what you were trying to do with the muddy footprints inside the shields, but for some reason I just can't figure out, it just isn't convincing to me. too much contrast, too big.. I don't know.
Figures look great, love the tree. Grass clumps are a bit too sparse for my eye, either lots more of them or lots fewer. maybe shorter? They aren't convincing to my eye.
Also like the b-w wartime pics. Can you do one from above with a P47 shadow on the ground?
Just my thoughts.

The high grass arrangement is too artificial. Stocky grasses are how sowed by farmer.

Nice Mobelwagon Petro.
I agree with your comment about the dead space and also about the long clumps of grass, it looks too artificial.
The shot from above with the shadows looks great, good work.

I have actually fixed the grass, adding alot more and cutting it shorter. I just haven't taken anymore pics.
The dead space is still there atm.
