badger teflon needle bearing

im trying to replace the needle bearing in a badger 200, im pretty sure ive done it right but there isnt any air coming out of the nozzle now.please please help, i want to do a luftwaffe mottle scheme and im a bit stuck

I believe replacing the teflon needle bearing needs to be done by Badger, if I recall correctly my 150 booklet states it needs to be returned to factory for that job.

i think they just tell you that,its an easy thing to do (supposedly!) ive had another fiddle around and discovered that the old one was still in there!this has been replaced but the a/b is still not working like it used to
