Wow -- these are an unexpected development!
The choice of using vinyl is interesting -- it should keep the price down from comparable resn parts.
Soon will come the questions about cutting, priming and painting vinyl ... one quick tip: use acrylics!

Great, they look good and actually have realistic prices, that the average working Joe, supporting a family can afford.
I'll have to have someone on the other side of the pond pick them up for me.

The kits have been available from Academy in Korea for some time. I bought the furniture sets when I was stationed there in 2000. They also had an equipment set with rucksacks and dufflebags and the Verlinden sleeping soldier that I got too. They look like direct copies of Verlinden items. The boxes even come with the same printed accessories such as rugs, maps, and other items on them. The furniture is pretty nice, I didn't get the bunkers.

The bunkers look pretty good.
The funiture, however, leaves me cold. The chair and couch both look to have some molding problems (way too much material) in the coners where the seat cushions meet the back. The cupboard looks like it's melting!

I wonder why soft vinyl! Is it because of the moulding method? I like the furniture set and for 5 it looks quite good. Maybe if these sell well, we will see the other sets that Arty mentioned.
These news items are great and becoming a real asset to the site. Great work chaps!

I'm with Al here. At first sight the furniture looks good, but on closer inspection I noticed the same thing as All did.
