OK, guys, I know there is only about a month and a half left in this campaign, but I'm going to try to finish. It's taken a while to collect parts and reference, but I reckon it's time to get cracking!
First, here is what I am trying to build -- a T30 75mm howitizer motor carriage:
To do this, I am recycling a few parts from built models that were damaged during moves, plus scratching a few parts and adding some new stuff from another kit.
In brief, I am using the front cab, undercarriage and suspension from a Tamiya M21 kit (recycled).
The gun and other parts from a Tamiya 75mm pack howitizer (recycled).
Roller bumper and other parts from Tamiya M3A2 kit (new -- thanks for the bargain, Richard [Deacon]!).
Right here, it looks more like a range target than an artillery piece:
Making progress:
Note that I bored out the gun with a Dremel bit. I also fiddled with the kit sides trying to preserve some of the rivet detail, but they are pretty dinged up -- I think I will replace with sheet plastic. Next step is the fighting compartment floor and fuel cells.

Howdy Bob,
I remember you talking about building this vehicle back when the Campaign first got started. In fact our good Kencelot was also planning on somewhat the same vehicle if I recall correctly.
Mighty glad to see you 'gettin' it together'.
I also like your use of "recycled" kit parts. Superb idea. Make's me wonder what I've got lying around in storage.
Please keep us informed, I don't want to miss this one!

A few more progress shots. I opted to use the kit sides, also ended up using the floor pan from the M21 kit. So, the only parts I really needed from the M3A2 kit was the roller bumper -- I still have a complete halftrack kit to backdate to an M3 or M3A1. I'll worry about that conversion some other day.
Lots to do on this yet, but the only thing that is really difficult is puzzling out the gun mount from a couple black and white photos. If anyone has details of the T10 mount, I could use some help. From what I can figure out, this mount is very different than the arrangement on the towed gun carriage.
