Depends on what kind of look or rather who's using the hummer.
Military Police with either have an M249 or an MK-19 grenade launcher mounted.
other units could have .50 cal, M60 or TOW missile.
I just finished up a hummer with a MK-19 mounted myself. Used a Dragon kit of U.S. modern weapons that a slew of different weapons in it.

The Academy M966 TOW HMMWV (kit #1363) is your best bet. It not only includes the TOW (tube-launched, optically tracked, wire-guided missile) anti-tank missile complete with ground mount, but also an M2HB .50 caliber machine gun that can be mounted in its place.
As far as figures, this kit contains a driver, TC and gunner and has options to do both a US Army and USMC vehicle. It also includes a complete interior. There are a couple of inaccuracies, but it is the best one out there. There is also kit #1350, the M1025 armament carrier. It is the same basic kit without the TOW set up and has only a gunner figure. It can be built with the .50 cal and the M-60 machine gun.
The Academy kits are out-of-production and getting harder to find. Italeri makes the only other Hummer series still on the market. They make several different variants as stated and most are relatively cheap. The Desert Patrol Hummer (#249) has a .50 cal, but is not a variant in use by the Army or USMC. The Italeri M1036 (TOW variant with a winch) (#369) is a good deal and will give you an acceptable vehicle as long as you keep the doors closed. Someone already pointed out the Italeri Avenger with Stinger missiles. That kit is in the $20 range.
Look for my article on all the Italeri based HMMWV variants once Jim completes the upload of the contest entries.

what's the color for the undercarriages i've seen them in black and then i've seen them in green same thing with the tires? what about the interior to?

The Hummers in my unit are painted in the standard 3 color NATO camouflage. The undercarriage is olive green. The camouflage is painted on exterior surfaces only except for the undercarriage of course.

Most HMMWVs have black undercarriages. Overspray and re-painting often change this, but the basic color of the new item is black underneath. I believe that some of the very first vehicles produced were green underneath, but that would have been about 20 years ago. Also of note is that the wheels/hubs are usually painted black too. Both Rob/Sabot and I have a bunch of photos in the gallery showing these two things.

I stand corrected. I should said that only the frame and running gear (springs, shocks, a-arms, drivelines, etc.) are black. The underside of the body itself is forest green. I sort of left that important bit out in my last post. (Dinner was ready, so I was trying to hurry!).
All of the M998s I have encountered recently have had black frames, except those that had clearly been repainted. The sand colored vehicles often show extensive overspray that makes the frame look black from a distance, but up close in the hidden areas, it is still black.
It is possible that newer vehicles are being painted all green. Ours are 8-10 years old.

My S250 Hummer was manufactured in sand. The interior padding is tan plastic, not painted and even the seats are tan canvas, can't see it too well from the photo, but the portions of the seat that attach the cushoins are clearly tan canvas, not oversprayed OD green. Many older trucks were painted sand over the 3-color camo pattern. It did come as a surprise to me that they are made sand in color now.

I would like to encourage you to get the academy kit if you can for the hummer. I built the Italeri one and ruined the paint job so I ordered an academy one (well, I didn't order it I won it on E-bay). I have not built it yet but the quality of the kit seems to be 100 times better. Much more detail and extra stuff in the kit. Your best bet is probably finding one on ebay, you will pay more than you would for the italeri one but only about $10 more from my experience but it is well worth it.
