First off -sorry for missing your question airwarrior. The uniforms are Dark Gray with a light light filter of gray overall. Gotta blame this one on the lighting.

TsunamiBomb - You hit on a long running debate over why so many German kits. One train of thought is that there are so many because of the huge level of diverse subjects and so many different variants of each. Others say that it's a market driven response.

A really good looking vignette,neatly painted,maybe too neatly,a bit more weathering would have made the figs really stand out,and it could be the lighting,but the uniforms look a wee bit too blue,but that is just me being picky,overall a good scene,and nicely done
