I sent my payment by paypal last Friday (Silver grade), but no membership yet. I've mailed Jim, but he is a busy man as we all know. How long does it usually take to be processed?

Dave,
It's a good thing you posted about this because I didn't get the normal email from PayPal notifying me of the transaction. Also I can't find your email either. Did you use the online contact form?

Thanks for joining the A-Guard!

I've just received the notification from Armorama that my subscription was going to expire, went on the site following the link provided in the email, from there I went to Paypal I paid and in 30 secs I've got the payment confirmation email from Paypal.
I've just got a question: the message said that the renewal is automatic unless you cancel prior to subscription expiration.
Does it mean that I will be charged automatically another time?
Ciao

Fabio,
Yes, if you don't cancel the "subscription" it will try to automatically renew it after one year. The upside for me is that it will keep a better record of who signed up and when. If someone is uncomfortable with the renewal process they can just do the cancelation (as several had). It will not change the fact that your membership will last for the year.

Cheers,
Jim

Dave,
Well that is why I didn't get the email. My "[email protected]" address is no longer valid. I have a new one which I don't want to publish on a google indexed forum page. But suffice to say you can use the site Contact Us form to reach me quickest.

Cheers,
Jim
