"Woo-hoo!" indeed. I've been waiting for a Merk 3D from Legends, and from the pics it looks like they got it right. Time to start saving my pocket change! Thanks Jim!
Cheers,
Mike

Hi Guys
As the UK importer for Legend, I have had the chance to look at each of the kits, they are fantastic, and will prove very popular with modellers. The Merkava MK.IIID (LF1084) bconversion kit is a good value for money (£49.99 GBP) model including a new upper hull, Side Skirts, rear hull baskets, new turret, main gun, turret fittings, etched metal stowage basket, and all steel road wheels. All these sets are sld seperately to allow you to update any existing models with relevent parts.
The Machbet is a real bueaty again sold as seperate parts or as a full conversion set(LF1080). in the full conversion set you get the M163 Machbet turret conversion(LF1079), M113 Sand bagged armour array(LF1078), M3 type cargo rails with sand bagges inplace and a etched set aswell.
Next month Legend plan to release s set of resin workable Merk III tracks.
The only part you use from the base kit is the lower hull, Suspension mountings, and one or two small fittings.
The upper hull (LF1083) is also available to allow you to update a Merk IIIC. kit as well.
Cheers

The Legend stuff is getting pretty good coverage in fact. We are trying to get all the new releases up on the site as soon as they are announced...Jim

too bad the price of these conversions is too high for me. I can't justify the price tag although I'd love a Mk.III Baz and a '73 S'hot.
btw, anyone knows if they are planning to produce a 4th generation armor conversion for the Mk.2?
I'd love one of these, must be the meanst looking tank around.
