No - I hope that you are able to repair everything.......
As far as the daisy clusters, In an open field area I would agree with PB on clustering. In you situation, with hills, and houses, etc I have seen wild clusters of flowers so I'd keep it going as is.

What wonderful and inspiring work you do. I hate to suggest anything as I can't do better myself, but are the daisy's too regularly dispersed? My eye sees patterns in things and it looked like the daisy's, which are supercool, were uniformly equidistant from each other. Adding a few randomly would break up the pattern. Please excuse the thought.

Glad to hear that you are able to repair the damage. That would be terrible to lose the diorama at this stage.

Kevin,
Just got the chance to get a quick look at the post, didn't have the time to read everyones post. I love it, you did a great job with the patch it looks very natural I like the spacing and the "bits and pieces" that you worked in around them. The only thing I noticed is the yellow center, I don't know if there is a texture to it or not but a little wash (brown) over the yellow center would help give it some depth. You may already have just hard to see in the photo, excellent work! I would like to know how the repair is going? I hope the damage was limited and easily repairable, don't accidents suck!

Per Olavs "Minenhunde" diorama is displayed on the IPMS Norway national competition in Oslo this week.
It really is quite stunning, and I'm looking forward to getting back there tomorrow to see the results.

First I'd like to thank Norseman, for finding this, and bumping it up. I'm scratching my head wondering how I missed this one.
Fantastic.... excellent... outstanding..... need I saw more?
Norseman, that really is a great dio, you tried to link, but it brought me to Netscape Search page.
hopefully this is the correct working link:

Thanks for fixing the link. I guess I was a bit fast one the keyboard.
Indeed a great dio. And I think Kevins "M.C. Daisy" is just as great..
