I will be attempting an upgrade to our MySQL database verion so the site will be down for 1-2 hours after 10pm PST. Hopefully all should go well and the site will come back up without major compatibility issues. I will be doing a full database backup prior to attempting the upgrade so I can revert back to the old version if needed.
Thanks for your patience.
Jim

I'm with Grumpy on this. If after watching movie in our dorm until the wee hours of the morning and I go to look up the lastest news on models and I can't get to it: I may keel over (not necessarily for my parents considering the tuition they pay)! Thanks or the heads up. And remember, if it doesn't work, give it a swift kick.

This actually turned into something of a non-event. The site already has a recent 4.x version of MySQL but the client-side libraries are still pointing at version 3.23 files. I won't further bore you guys with the technical details suffice to say I was doing this to try to update the support center software.
Cheers,
Jim
