I'm LOVIN' it! Your weathering looks top notch, and the figure is good to go also. Got to give you a strong work on your Firefly.

Hey Bryan.....If I had to guess....that figure is the Ultracast British/Canadian Tank Commander???
They sent quite a bit of stuff to our last show as donations, and I spied this figure, although I don't do WWII armor hardly at all...I just had to have that figure, very nice!!!!
Nice Firefly, actually similar to the idea I had since I have the figure already, Canadian Firefly taking a break in France.

Hi Guys,
Thanks very much for all your kind words of encouragement. I really appreciate it
Scott, It is in fact an Ultracast figure but I replaced the head with a hornet resin offering.
Elad the Hybrid hull was used becuase it had alot of built in strengths. First the cast forward hull gave the Tank a bit more advantage over a welded hull . It has slightly better balistic properties due to its one piece casting. It also cut down on production times as it was a real time saver not having to weld all the different panels together. HTH
cheers,
Bryan

Truly outstanding work. Especially like the little details, tools, etc. You really nailed down the detailing and weathering on everything. My "Kitty" will find a nice place to hide for now, thanks to you.

This is one nice looking model.
IMHO, it could be used as an object lesson in how to weather tanks, looks used, not used up!
I'm very imressed what you did with the tracks, really look like beat up rubber cleats.
The wood handles on your tools look like...wood!
The only thing I might have done is to replace the left hand of hte figure. It looks (to me) to be out of scale with the rest of the sculpting. (And that's no reflection on your work at all.
Great job.

Thanks again guys AJ your right the hand is a bit large but I guess I can live with it. Rick I think I am going to do a M4A2 Ruskie from DML right out of the box next with a bunch O' Tank riders hanging on to the rear deck.
Cheers,
Bryan

Beautiful Job Bryan
Did I not see this in Ajax last weekend? I loved it. If it was not it someone is identically copying your work.

Bryan-- The M4A2 project should be interesting. What color would you use to replicate the Russian Green? I am something titled Russian Topside Green which I am going to try. It looks amazing like the USMC green.
Thanks

Thanks again Guy's
Paul, You bet it was at the Ajax show, Glad you liked it.
DJ, Luckily for me the Shermans sent to the Russians under the lend lease program were painted standard U.S Olive Drab and left that colour. So I will probably stick to my current formula.
Cheers,
Bryan
