As we seem to have mentioned Plus models a few times lately, and I have said how much I like their products, here is a quick glimpse of one of their products. I have not finished yet, but the general idea is there. I have finaly decided not to put this in a big dio, but instead to make the building the main focus, and just add a few figures and maybe a small vehicle.

Enjoy

Cheers

For what it's worth, I got to visit PlusModels and meet their people. They are a small company that has produced some gold and silver medal products in international competition for manufacturers of models. The people seemed passionate about the quality of their work and were extremely warm to me when I visited. They do the plaster and resin in house and work with other small Czech companies for some printed material and p/e. I buy from them whenever I can. They make rats, too. How cool is that?

I did a google for Plus Models and got large women in clothes.

Any link to their stuff would be appreciated.

As Barney from the Flintstones would say "you need more Rubble!!" :-)

Hey Henk! I'm in the middle of building this one too. We'll have to compare notes! I see you and I both arrived at the same solution to the problem of the 1st floor being solid, i.e. disguise this fact by adding timbers. Nice one!

Hi Vinnie, yes one look at that floor section was enough, 'it's got to go'.. I'm doing the wall paper at the moment, then I'll finish the wood like the skirting and paneling, then add the rest of the rubble and finish with the fire damage. Don't laugh, real flames will be involved. Trust me, I'm a doctor. At the moment I'm thinking of some Germans inside, hiding or in ambush and an allied recon vehicle like a M8 or bren carrier outside.

Any change of some pic's of yours. Had a look in your gallery, some impressive stuff there.

Cheers
Henk

Thanks all for your kind comments, as is obvious this is in progress, a lot more rubble will be added :-) .
Interior detailing will be all woodwork and some furniture. I'll see how mad I can go with the windows and might even build remains of the stairs.
Winchweight, I bought this ages ago, in a modelshop in Swindon, for around £ 25 to £30. Just bought the church ruine in Warminster for about £20.

Cheers
