Anyone build any maker of this kit? I believe Tamiya has an old one and Dragon has several newer ones. Looking for some opinions about the builds. Pics would be nice too!!

the best are the dragon kits, plus they have many variants of the Jagdpanzer . italeri also made them but i think it is OOP now.

The Tamiya model is based on their old and very bad Panzer IV hull which has lots of dimensional and detail problems. Tools are rubbish too, but it builds up neatly in the usual Tamiya style.
Italeri's is based on their old, but better than Tamiya, Panzer IV hull. For some reason Italeri didn't bother to change the track guards and you have to cut off lots of moulded-on detail leaving blank spots in the tread-plate pattern. Some of the new parts aren't very good either - the periscopic gun sight is pathetically undersized.
Which leaves you with Dragon.

Would Fruil tracks for the Pzkw IV be the appropriate tracks for the Jagdpanzer L70 since they are the same lower hull?
