Hi,
I need your help.
I loged in. I want to upload some photos of my models. But when I click "upload photos," I got the message "sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos."
I also need to delete an unwanted photo but there's no "delete" option.
Can you help me on this? Thanks.
Angela

Hi Angela
I don't know why you can't upload any photos, you have obviously done it before. Some very nice models by the way It may be just a gliche, or are you trying to upload the photos somewhere other than your personal gallery?
To delete a photo: open it first, then scroll down the page, past the dark grey line to the submit button (make sure your page is fully to the right to see it) To the left of the submit button you will see a check box, click in that (you will get a tick) then click on submit. Your Photo will be deleted

Angela,
I am assuming since your alrady have quite a few images in there that the message you "should" be seeing is "You have exceeded your available storage space in your personal gallery". Just getting "sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos" is kinda vague.
So is this happening when you try to upload the photos or when you click on "upload photos" link??
Thanks,
Jim

This is strange.
It's working again.
Jim, I didn't get the "you have exceeded your available storage..." message. What I got is really the "sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos" when I click on "upload photos."
Anyway, it may just be a glitch. It happens sometimes, I guess.
Thank you.
Angela

Dammit!
There it is again! Tried to upload the pics and all I got was "Sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos" again.
Can someone help me? Can I email the pics to one of the staff so that he can upload it to my gallery?

well thats something that probably has to do with your login. sometimes i login regulaly and then i am not allowed to post but i think that has to do with some connection and login problems of the moment . Do some reboot and leave some time and i think it will be fixed

Try hitting the CTRL key and the F5 key at the same time. It might refresh the page and show your logged-in status. This may be a setting in IE that is the issue. If you using IE make sure you have the "Check for new pages" set to Auto under Tools > Internet Options > Settings.
Cheers,
Jim
