Had this kit half built for some months,so i thought id try and get it finished.I'v had a go of doing the octipus camo but i dont know if the green is the right colour,but i like it.question as am not putting any decals on should i still shoot some future on it?Thanks

Hi Karl, looking good mate what did you use for the green base coat?..Here is a link to a build from Filippo Chessa, i`m sure he would not mind!!.....maybe it will help you in your finish!!......

Nice paintwork! I'm gonna have to do one of those octopus jobs someday. And I think your green is fine, plus it will change some when you start weathering. The only thing I would consider would be to do a little bit of fading with some of the base toned down with buff.
And as to your question about Future, since you arent' applying decals I don't see the point. Unless you want to impart some sheen to it.

The only other reason to use future in this case would be to help with your wash ( less bleeding), allows the wash to flow easier.
