Not an easy question to answer, the basic answer is North West Europe from D-Day onwards, via the Holland and the Reichswald into Germany.

I've recently read this history of 9RTR which is worth getting

http://www.axishistory.com/index.php?id=5660

Pictures in the book include a Churchill with bulges on the turret front as in the Tamiya kit (but not very common). Towards the end of the war, 9RTR joined 107RAC in 34th Tank Brigade.

107RAC is the regiment of John Foley, who produced the classic war story 'Mailed Fist' which you might be able to find.

There is also Douglas Sutherland's book 'Sutherland's War' which covers the same ground (he was in A Squadron 107RAC with Foley, though the book doesn't mention it).

Hope this goes someway to answering your question.
