Great Picture
Make a great Diorama any kits available of this truck. I suppose the Italeri Big Foot could be used.

Actually, it looks to be an M800 series 5-ton with Bigfoot tires like an M900 series added to it. Very interesting.

Lol you're aren't gonna think of getting 20+ figures for a diorama like this too would you?
Cheers.

Miloslav -
I think you are correct that it is a Marine truck....in which case the troops aren't pushing the truck....they are just doing PT.....a bit of resistance training.

This appears to bve a variantion on the four color MERDC scheme of the 70's and early 80's. Note the black on the corner of the front fender, at the back corner of the hood (bonnet in th UK) going across the fender just ahead of the open vent and about the middle of the truck bed.
Here's an example of the official pattern :
from this website
The bumper appears to be un-repainted forest green (FS34079). The main colors look like Sand (FS30279) and Earth Brown (FS30099) with Field Drab (FS30118)- the swirl on the driver's door- and Black (FS37038). If this is correct, the trcuk would be considered in a gray dessert scheme.

They're TRAINING, guys.
Can't you hear the NCO.....
"Demonstrators.....prepare to push.........PUSH!!!"
"Next three, fall in behind the truck....."
etc....
At the end of the day every one of those guys was qualified to push a truck. Hell there is probably a badge for that.
