First of all, great work. Love that camo. There are different opinions on having rusty working tracks. In my opinion it would look good with some rust on the tracks.

Thanks for posting. Looks like a good clean build!
My only addition would be a comment about the tracks, too. The spare ones would not display any silver color. The tracks were a maganese composite and if not in use, would display a definite dark brown tint. Very little if any metallic sheen would be present.
Regarding the running tracks, I would heavily use dark brown pastels/pigments followed by earth tone pastels/pigments. The highlight areas would have some metallic sheen to them. This seems to be the pattern in color German photos I've examined.

thanks for the comments evryone.
about the tracks... the ones on the hull need to be repainted as i sanded off the ejction marks.... followed by silver drybrushing and a lot of brown pastels on them. maybe i'll add some mud on the tracks and near the lower hull as well, + some camo netting... if i have the time....

moJimbo -
Great looking build, that's a mean looking big kitty. You've motivated me to get one too. It'll have to go into the stash, but what the heck. Anxious to see the final product. Congratulations!

That is looking great. If your figures turn out as nice it will be an excellent display. If you want you can store it in a display case at my house when it's done. :-)
