Hi Guys,
Does anyone know what is in the comercial superglue accelerators?
None of the hobby shops around here stock it, or are interested in getting it in, so I'd like to know if I can make my own.
I know water sets it faster, but it also makes it brittle so there must be another answer.
Thanks for any help

I live in the US but I would be happy to send you a few bottles of cyano accelerator. You can email me at [email protected]. I could even send a couple of different brands so you can see what you like best.
Best regards,

CA accelerator is a real great product.,... it will affix CA Glue in an instant - regardless of what duration time the glue is rated for. It creates a chemical reaction that instantly hardens the glue, greating a GREAT amount of instantaneous heat.... if you ever dribble a little CA glue on your hand, be SURE to get it off before you touch your Accelerator bottle... if the two come in contact you will feel it immediately... and of course you will be bonded to the bottle in an instant! OUCH! (from experience!). Accelerator is available online from a variety of companies.
