Already having the Osprey book on modelling the 251, I thought it was time that I actually bought a couple of decent references on he 251. I was thinking about the Kagero books to stat with. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jim

Ryton Publishing had a nice book regarding the 251 some years ago, though it is not cheap.
You can find one here:

I was fortunate enough to get the Sturm and Drang book on the 250 / 251. As far as I know you'd be luck to get a copy these days, but keep your eyes open for this as it is a brilliant book

Squadron does an "in Action" on the SdKfz 251 that I like, if you don't already have one. It goes through and has either a drawing or photo (or both) of each of the major variants.

Schiffer Publications does one on the Schutzenpanzerwagen that covers both the 250 and the 251. Photos only and some may be repeats of the ones in the Squadron book (or vice versa).

I wish Squadron would do an "in Action" on the 250. Seems like they are more interested in doing "Re-issues" and "Walkarounds" these days.

As far as I know the Ryton book is still available. You could try Barbarossa Books, he has quite a good stock of good millitary books.
When I searched Google with Ryton Sdkfz 251, I found quite a lot of hits.
