These two Sd.Kfz's (251-251/6 both ausf.C) i'd made , where just one of the first i'd made from Dragon (in the past i made them only from Tamiya ) and i've to say that they are fine models to build, as you can see the two figures in the command vehicle where be placed behind radio app. Looking forward for your'e comments, greetz eric

I like the extended radio mast. Does that option come with the kit or is it scratch built?

One observation, did you add the decals, especially the number plate to the radio version after the lower hull weathering? In these pictures , it looks cleaner than the vehicle around it.

Overall, very nice!

I have dragons Sd.kfz 253 and the 250/3 Grief, do you happen to know how these are? or all these the same?

Fit together good? etc etc...

Very nice! I am working on the 251/1 Ausf. D from Tamiya. Not very far though, still on construction. I hope mine turn out as well as yours!

Both look good-I would say tone down the decals a bit, and do a little more shadow/highlight work to bring out the detail a bit more.

Nice hanomags! Interesting camo scheme. I really must get an airbrush. By the way, isn't the radio antenna a bit weak? I mean isn't it liable to break?

Thanx for your comment guy's, as to Mike i can say that the antenna is "kit included" but be carefull with it and yep i'd bring on the number plate after finnishing the model. Pat i'd like to see you're 250's .....looking forward to it. Dave the antenna is in the box and i fixed it just as the construction says, but i think by heavy stormy weather .....................?

Nice builds Eric. Great schemes too.
Pat? the kits you have are older than these and don't go together as well. In particular you may have problems fitting the hulls together. Have a look around, especially
http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/index.html for information on build etc.

Nice job overall. I like the winter camo a lot.
The other camo is well done, but to sparse for my personal tastes.

The only thing I would offer as a critique is the vision slots on the vision ports should get a touch of black wash to make them stand out more.

Hi Eric, like the overall look of these two. My 251/6 is just nearing completion, just needs the hull assembling & weathering. Haven't fitted the figures yet. I had a lot of problems getting them to go in, did you have the same? Ended up having to cut them behind the knees & bending their legs to get them in. The driver I just gave up on, he's miles out.

Thanx everyone for your comments and compliments
as for Steve you did o.k. by cutting of by the knee's, after i did that the figures fits very well with little pressure, i also made thin cord's on the headphones.
(sorry if some words are spelled wrong)

Greetings Eric
