Hey up,
I've had a bit of a problem finding the instruction manual for Tamiya's late production Tiger 1 Item No : 49504. Although its looks like a pretty easy kit to construct i'd rather make sure
Also does anyone know of any way i can get pre-formed tracks for a Tiger 1 as the model i've got comes with single treads to make up the full track set; i'm not too keen on assaulting track construction yet as i've just come back to the hobby after a few years and as i never made any then i'm stuck. If someone knows of where i can get some or maybe offer some advice or tips on track construction it'd be greatly appreciated.

Scott,
Welcome to the site. This may be a bit off topic but here is a good link to a page right here on Armorama that should get you started on the indy track links.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me and I will be more than happy to help out however I can. I know they seem really intimidating but once you do set your first set I think you will be pleased.

I have located my field kitchen kit. My version comes with the two white horses. One is a Budweiser horse, the other regular (Lite Beer?).
If you still need the instructions, let me know and I will scan and e-mail them to you. The straps are a sheet of very thin styrene that you must cut to fit. These could be replaced by aluminum foil, white paper, masking tape or some other thin substance.

Thanks Sabot, still need it please.
My e-mail is [email protected]
I will use some old styrene sheet from my Airfix Waterloo collection for the straps I think.
Thanks, Sid
