Thanks guys.....
Really simple project, and I really did enjoy it........
I simply painted the Neger black first, then did my usual dustings of lighter grays. Gloss coated it, several times. The only wash on it is the rust, which is an extra thin wash of good old Testors in the little bottle, and wiped it off before it dried. Then a few, very few tiny touches of the rust in certain spots.
For the water, I used good old two part epoxy putty, and simply spread it out using my wet fingers, and some sculpting tools used wet. The water was painted dark gray, and dry brushed in lighter grays. I then thinned out some Tamyia clear green (thinned with windshield washer fluid) and did a wash, over everything..... (VERY THIN) to inpart a slight greenish hue to the gray water. Then put about ten coats of Future on the water. The wake/white splashes was just a little dry brushing of a really light gray, followed by pure white.
