This may seem like a bit of an amateur question to some, but it is a question I need answered none the less...

Is the Aber "British QF 6 pdr 57mm MKIII Gun Barrel for Centaur/Cromwell" (see image below) a suitable barrel replacement for the Tamiya 6 pdr Anti-tank gun? I want to convert the AT gun to a Mk III.

Cheers

Not sure about the muzzle ring, the early 6pdrs that I can remember seem to have plain barrels.

Doh!

Just found these pictures... in my own gallery! :-) LOL

Hope these help solve the "Muzzle Ring Mystery" LOL :-)

How about the general dimensions of the barrel? Weren't these used in the A/T guns first and then moved to the AFV's due to their success?

Thanks for the input Derek.

I couldn't find the Zwezda kit you refer to... do you per chance have a kit number or link to the kit?
