I use a Badger single action airbrush with a diaphragm compressor, I have a holding tank and a moisture trap. I generally use the IL set up. I have used this combination for a number of years without any problems.

My problem is that If I try and use my XF set up the air pulses. Nothing is different, apart from the tip and the needle, so why does it do it

If anyone can think of a reason why this might happen I will be eternally greatful
